Moving blocks

The Dope sheet, on the right part of the Timeline lets you manage the temporality of the elements that make up a composition. Each layer is represented by a block that you can move by simply clicking and dragging.

Moving keyframes

The Dope sheet is also where you can select and move keyframes when parameters are animated:
