New 3D features
Text extrude
Easily extrude typography in 3D. When in 3D mode, use text animators to animate position, rotation, and scale in 3D, as well as apply extrude options.
Shape extrude
Turn any shape into a 3D object. Import an SVG logo, convert to a composition, turn on 3D mode, extrude, and voilà!
Material & mesh layers
Use material layers to define and animate material properties right in the Timeline and apply them by dragging and dropping them on material slots – no need to create a scene beforehand! Similarly, create primitive 3D objects (cube, plane, sphere, etc.) directly in compositions.
Select 3D layers
Directly select 3D layers in the viewport with a simple click or by drawing a rectangle.
Autograph Live Link (beta)
Use Autograph projects and templates directly in popular video editing software like DaVinci Resolve with Autograph Live Link. Simply drag and drop a Generator, transition, or filter in the Timeline! Edit your projects in Autograph and update in real time in Resolve. Autograph Live Link is the ideal motion graphics page for Resolve! Beta version currently for Windows/macOS.
After Effects project import
Want to migrate to Autograph without having to redo all your projects from scratch? Try our new After Effects project importer. Supports layer animation, shapes, text animation, layer styles, and several effects. Requires Adobe After Effects installed on your computer (Window/macOS) and a license.
