Can I use Autograph Starter commercially?
Yes, you can create projects and videos with Autograph Starter and sell them to clients.

Do you offer floating licenses?
Floating licenses are available upon request for Autograph Studio with a minimum purchase of 2 licenses. Additional charges may apply. Please contact our sales team at sales@left-angle.com.
Can I use my license on more than one device?
Licenses are locked to a single computer (unless using a floating license) and single user account. Autograph provides an option to automatically deactivate your license when quitting the software so that you can conveniently switch between multiple computers. For example, you might want to use your license on one computer one day, and another computer another day; however it cannot be used on both computers simultaneously.
What payment methods can I use?
You can use one of the following payment methods: credit/debit card, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Link.
Do licenses include customer support?
Absolutely! All paid licenses include access to our dedicated customer support to assist you with any queries or concerns.
Is there a refund period?

Are there any hidden fees beyond the displayed cost?
No, the subscription cost covers all of the features listed under each license tier. There are no hidden fees or extra charges.
What happens when I cancel my subscription?
Your license will be valid until the end of the billing period and will end after this period.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into left-angle.com and click on Manage Account in the menu at the top right. Click on Orders in the left sidebar menu, which will redirect to the subscriptions portal. This is where you can cancel your subscription.
Will I get future updates if I purchase a permanent license?
A permanent license includes 12 months of updates. You can continue to use this version indefinitely, however if you would like to receive updates after 12 months, you can purchase another 12 months of updates for 1/3 of the current retail price, subject to proration based on the license renewal date.
How much does it cost to update an outdated permanent license?
The cost will depend on how long the permanent license has been outdated. An additional 12 months of updates costs 1/3rd of the current retail price, if made within 18 months of the license purchase/update renewal. Purchasing an additional 12 months of updates after a period of 18 months will cost 1/3rd of the current purchase price at the date of renewal, plus 1/36th for each missed month of updates.
For example: You buy a permanent license on January 1st, 2025 at $300. If you purchase an additional 12 months of updates on April 2nd, 2026, you would pay $100. If you purchase an additional 12 months of updates on September 1st, 2026 instead, you would pay the updates renewal price on that date, plus 3 missed months, for a total of $125 ($100 + ($300/36) x 3).
